DatAction is happy to help you before and after delivery, as well as after the implementation of our solution or product. DatAction offers various forms of support to keep your business processes running smoothly.
Customized support and advice
In order to provide you with an optimal service based on your specific needs, we provide the following people and departments:
- Our helpdesk: We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. You can reach us either by telephone or by e-mail. With the support of a Mobile Data Management system, we can also serve you remotely and in real-time.
- Field Service Engineers: Our engineers come on site to investigate and resolve any malfunctions. Our service contracts offer local maintenance in various forms, but support is also possible without a service contract.
- Project Managers: They are your Single Point of Contact during the project.
- Software Developers: They are responsible for the analysis and development of the software that supports your logistics process, including integration with your current back office system.
- Repair Center: DatAction coordinates the repair of your faulty equipment from the repair center. Your equipment will also be configured and tested so that it can be immediately returned to service. The repair can also be performed on-site.
