Our working method

From A to Z, we take your entire project off your hands.

For each individual project, a project team is put together in consultation with the client. The project team consists of representatives from your own organization on the one hand and a Project Manager and Engineer from DatAction on the other. Through the project team, you will remain continuously informed and have a single point of contact.

After a detailed description of your needs and requirements, we will work with the project team to shape the requested comprehensive solution. We define objectives, scope, results, budget and resources.

Planning

The various activities are mapped out, as well as their durations and dependencies. This allows for proper planning of resources.

Implementation

Here, everyone focuses on their tasks as defined in the project plan. The project team reports on progress and resolves (unforeseen) problems.

Follow-up and implementation

This involves monitoring the execution phase with attention to realization of milestones and control of project costs.

Delivery

Here our focus is on delivering the required "product," through thorough performance testing.
